Doctrine Library
This will be a living international library of unclassified “doctrine” and “lessons learned.” We have received countless requests for manuals—many of which are no longer easily available and which were never registered even with the Library of Congress.
This is a public page. So if you have submissions, please message us at the bottom of this page. The criteria are only that they have some relevance to narrative warfare—security, small wars, COIN, CT, development, governance, and more from any point in history. All languages and formats are welcome.
Narrative Strategies, LLC does not necessarily endorse any of these publications.
Doctrine may prove ineffective and later be supplanted by new ideas. It is not scholarship. However, doctrine can provide ideas to leaders and operators; acts as primary sources in studying how militaries, governments, and movements learn, grow, and operate; and provides one picture for how certain entities might further national interests.
