INTREPID©
International Network on Terrorism, Radicalization, Extremism, and Political and Irregular Warfare—Directorate
This program aims to be a central online hub and clearinghouse of think tanks, consultancies, agencies, and offices that analyze, recommend, and/or execute narrative-focused strategies and operations. This webpage is only the beginning.
The focus of this program, more specifically, is on narrative strategies for irregular warfare, unconventional warfare, and countering violent extremism.
Unlike these other fine offices and agencies (listed below), when Narrative Strategies, LLC analyzes non-state actors, it is in the larger strategic context of overlapping narrative environments to include considerations in multiple fields and disciplines.
Also, unlike these other respected entities, Narrative Strategies, LLC comprises or regularly reaches out to current strategic leaders and practitioners as well as those in the:
• Fine arts (especially screenwriting and other storytelling disciplines)
• Humanities (especially history, philosophy, and literature)
• Social sciences (especially anthropology and psychology)
• Physical sciences (especially neurobiology)
We hope researchers and professionals in the private and public sectors find the INTREPID© program helpful especially as the number of counterterrorism and irregular warfare think/do tanks continues to increase throughout the world.
